Basketball programs should be run by people who play basketball.

Golden City Hoops was started by Alexa Herasimchuk and Andrew Wong, both whom grew up with a passion for basketball. With a similar vision around how a competitive, well thought-out basketball league could be run, they got together and started a league of their own – designed for others with a similar passion for the game.

Today, the organization is run by Alexa with the intention to organize good, competitive and high-energy basketball programs for adults. To get in involved, contact us:

Thank you to everyone who has helped make Golden City Hoops what it is today. A special thanks to David Weissglass, Alex Helfrich, Andrew Wong  and Phillip Abello -- without their contributions, Golden City Hoops would cease to exist.
